It is so easy to find something interesting at a Farmers Market. Sure, something might look interesting, but then you ask yourself:
What is it?
What does it taste like?
How do I use it?
That's where Markets Chefs come in. We help shoppers take their wonderful looking produce and turn them into easy to prepare dishes that taste just as great as they look.
We provide a complete customer experience with on-site consultations and informative, interactive cooking demonstrations.
Have a question about that bag of fava beans you just bought? Ask the Market Chefs at their booth at the King Farmers Market starting in September. Every Sunday they will be providing Fresh Ideas for Fresh Food in the form of helpful recipies and information on which vendors have that special ingredient to make the most of your purchases.
Eggplant Involtini
“Involtini” means “little roll ups.” Involtini can be made with thinly sliced beef filled with tomato sauce (or many other things). In this case, involtini are made from grilled eggplant filled with ricotta.
